Delivery Policy

All shipments are packaged in house at 236 Dundas St in London Ontario. Packages will be sent off within 24 hours of purchase through Canada Post. Canadian customers will receive tracking info shortly thereafter. Tracking does not come included with International orders.
Local customers are encouraged to select ‘Local Pickup’ to avoid shipping charges. Simply pick it from the list of shipping options when you're checking out. An email will be sent to confirm your purchase is ready for pickup.

Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

We want every customer to be completely satisfied with their purchase. If the item you have purchased is defective or if an error has been made please contact Grooves within 30 days of receipt at [email protected] Once we have received your return a replacement item will be sent out if available or a refund will be provided. The customer is responsible for any return shipping costs. New product that is not defective may only be returned if it is in its original factory sealed condition. In store returns or exchanges at 236 Dundas St, London Ontario are welcome.
